Bible TCG Purchase Policy
September 29, 2026. Document ID: BTCG-PURCHASE-POLICY.
Contracting business: [Bible TCG Inc.].
1. Seller and scope. This Policy applies to purchases made directly from Bible TCG. The Founder Preorder Terms govern qualifying First Edition Collector Booster Box preorders and their Founder benefits where more specific; Game and Membership Terms address their digital or service features. An independent retailer is responsible for its own sale. Contact: rocky@bibletcg.com; 1 (833) KJV-ONLY; 1 Rideau St, Ottawa, ON K1N 8S7, Canada.
2. Offer and order. Review the product, edition, contents, quantity, availability, price and currency, discounts, taxes, shipping, destination restrictions, delivery information and cancellation terms before ordering. A preview does not replace an express product promise. We provide an opportunity to correct errors and a retainable order confirmation with the applicable terms. A confirmation of payment is not a representation that an unreleased product is in stock. We may decline an unsupported, unlawful, fraudulent or genuinely unavailable order and return any amount due; we do not retain payment for a cancelled unfulfilled sale merely because it was collected.
3. Prices and payment. Prices are in US dollars unless the offer expressly identifies another currency. The checkout shows the payable price and taxes or other charges collected by Bible TCG before authorization. Discounts combine only as stated in the offer. Currency conversion and charges imposed by your bank are separate unless included. A future planned retail price is not represented as an established past selling price. No unauthorized extra charge or automatic substitution is imposed after payment. A genuine pricing error is handled promptly and lawfully, with a chance to accept corrected terms or the appropriate refund; it is not permission to disregard an inconvenient accepted order.
4. Shipping and imports. The offer identifies included standard shipping and any additional service selected. For all qualifying Founder First Edition Collector Booster Boxes, standard worldwide shipping and applicable taxes are covered as set out in the Founder Preorder Terms, including Boxes in later qualifying orders. No additional tax amount is added to their purchase price. Qualifying Early Founder Gifts include standard outbound shipping. Additional delivery arrangements follow the accepted Founder terms and are addressed individually with the Founder. Separately purchased Founder Booster Boxes have their own shipping charges and applicable Canadian taxes, disclosed before payment. Any distinct import duty or brokerage charge applied to a First Edition Collector Booster Box must also be disclosed before purchase, permitted by law, and consistent with the covered-tax promise. Charges collected by Bible TCG require the legally required prior price disclosure and authorization; describing an unknown charge as possible does not authorize an arbitrary later fee. Do not ask for false customs descriptions or values.
5. Delivery problems. Keep your address current. We may recover reasonable, actual additional costs caused by an incorrect address, a requested upgrade or an unjustified refusal of proper delivery, after explaining them and subject to law. Refusing an undisclosed unlawful charge is not an unjustified refusal. If delivery becomes unlawful or unavailable, we seek an agreed lawful alternative or provide the required cancellation remedy. Risk of ordinary transit loss passes on actual delivery to you or your authorized recipient, subject to mandatory law. A carrier claim does not replace our own delivery obligations.
6. Final sales and discretionary exceptions. Except where applicable law or a binding accepted offer provides otherwise, purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not provide voluntary cancellations or returns for a change of mind, loss of interest, unwanted duplicates, disappointing random pulls, changes in market value or a decision not to participate. The express Founder complete-playset promise remains enforceable. Bible TCG may choose an individual goodwill exception on terms agreed with the customer; an exception does not establish a general return policy. A legally required refund is not discretionary. Sections 9–12 below explain specific rights that can apply despite this policy.
7. Damaged, defective, missing or incorrect goods. Contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the problem. We may reasonably verify the purchase and assess the reported issue. Photographs and packaging can help, but an unboxing video, an unopened package or a short reporting window is not a condition that overrides statutory rights. Ordinary disclosed manufacturing variation and random collation are distinguished from material defects and missing guaranteed contents. Where the law allows Bible TCG to choose the initial remedy, we may first repair, replace or complete the affected supply within a reasonable time. Where you are legally entitled to choose a refund or another remedy, that choice is preserved, together with required reasonable return costs. Opening a Pack does not erase a genuine defect claim. Treatment of opened Packs under a statutory withdrawal follows section 10; there is no automatic exemption merely because cards are collectible or randomized.
8. Refunds, supplied benefits and disputes. We make required refunds within the applicable deadline, normally through the original payment method. For a bundle or partially supplied contract, the amount and treatment of supplied digital content, services, goods and associated benefits follow the actual accepted offer and applicable law. Where legally permitted, we may take account of properly supplied performance, require return of relevant goods, and reverse refunded entitlements and their attributable rewards. We do not invent a value after purchase, allocate the entire price to Gold solely to defeat a remedy for the physical promise, impose an unlawful fee, or substitute Store credit for a required money refund without agreement. A digital-content consent does not by itself permit a deduction. Payment-provider processing does not extend our own legal deadline. Contacting us can help resolve a dispute, but does not replace or restrict a lawful payment-provider claim. Knowingly false claims and proven abuse may be addressed lawfully; exercising a genuine right is not abuse.
9. Digital supply and withdrawal. Foundership and entitlement to the once-per-Account award of 12,000 Gold Coins begin after the Account's first qualifying paid First Edition Collector Booster Box preorder. Where the Account already has an associated game profile, the Gold is credited to that profile. Otherwise, the entitlement remains attached to the Account and the Gold is credited when the Member first logs in to Bible TCG Online using that Account. Foundership does not depend on that first game login. Additional Box purchases and Early Founder Gifts do not repeat the initial Gold award. Every qualifying First Edition Collector Booster Box purchased remains a physical preorder. Receiving or using Gold, accessing the Online Game, or receiving an Early Founder Gift does not fulfill or replace the corresponding First Edition delivery obligation. Free general game access does not make every physical purchase a purchase of digital content or services. Where a statutory withdrawal period applies, an exception for digital content or a fully performed service applies only where permitted by applicable law and where all required prior information, express consent or request, acknowledgment, and contract confirmation have been provided or obtained. For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, any permitted loss of the withdrawal right depends on supply beginning after the required consent and acknowledgment. An exception based on completion of a service requires the service to have been fully performed and the applicable conditions to have been met. Any required choice concerning immediate supply and its effect on withdrawal rights must concern the specific digital content or service being supplied. Accepting these Terms, completing payment, receiving a currency credit, or logging in does not by itself constitute the required express consent or acknowledgment. Currency credit, redemption for particular content, access to that content, and any continuing service are assessed separately according to their legal classification and actual performance. For EU consumers entitled to the fourteen-day withdrawal period, purchasing or receiving in-game currency does not by itself remove the right to withdraw concerning unused purchased currency. We do not treat a Gold credit alone as supply of digital content exempt from withdrawal. Any effect of redeeming currency for particular content depends on applicable law and the valid consent process for that content. A permitted exception concerning a particular digital supply does not automatically remove rights concerning the entire offer, an ongoing service, physical delivery, or nonconforming goods or digital supply. Nothing in this section removes a mandatory consumer right or allows Bible TCG to treat digital benefits or an Early Founder Gift as delivery of the purchased First Edition Boxes.
10. Consumers in the United Kingdom and European Union, including Poland. Where the applicable distance-selling rules protect your purchase, you generally have fourteen days to withdraw without a reason. For services and digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the period generally starts when the contract is concluded; for goods, it generally starts when you or your designated recipient other than the carrier receives them. For a single order delivered in separate goods, lots or pieces, the last delivery can determine the start. You may give notice before physical delivery. Missing required withdrawal information can extend the period. A lawful exception for particular digital content or a fully performed service does not automatically remove withdrawal rights over the whole Founder offer. To withdraw, send an unequivocal statement identifying you and the order to rocky@bibletcg.com or [Bible TCG Inc.], 1 Rideau St, Ottawa, ON K1N 8S7, Canada. You may use the model form below; it is not compulsory. Send notice before the applicable deadline. Any online withdrawal function we provide is an additional method, not your exclusive route. We acknowledge electronic withdrawal notices in a form you can retain. Where you must return physical goods, send them back within fourteen days after notifying us, unless the law provides otherwise. Contact us promptly for the appropriate return destination; awaiting our instructions does not shorten or invalidate an otherwise timely exercise of your rights. You bear direct change-of-mind return costs only where we disclosed that responsibility before purchase and the law permits. We bear required reasonable costs for defective or incorrectly supplied goods. We reimburse the amounts required by law, including the least expensive standard outbound delivery charge where applicable, within fourteen days after withdrawal notice, subject to a lawful right to withhold the goods-related refund until we receive the goods or evidence of return, whichever occurs first. We do not impose refund processing fees. Where legally permitted and properly disclosed, a refund can reflect diminished value caused by handling physical goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Opening randomized collectible Packs may materially reduce their value, but does not automatically cancel a statutory withdrawal right. Any deduction must reflect the lawful, evidenced reduction, not an automatic 100% forfeiture or penalty.
For a service started at your express request during the withdrawal period, a proportionate charge for performance actually supplied may apply only where the required advance information, request and other legal conditions are met. Simply activating an account does not mean an ongoing service has been fully performed. We do not charge for digital content where the law prohibits the charge because the required consent, acknowledgment or confirmation was missing. Statutory conformity and other mandatory remedies continue even after a withdrawal right ends. Any more protective applicable national rule prevails. Model withdrawal form — use only if you wish to withdraw: To: [Bible TCG Inc.], 1 Rideau St, Ottawa, ON K1N 8S7, Canada; rocky@bibletcg.com. I/We hereby give notice that I/we withdraw from my/our contract for the following goods, service or digital content: __________. Order number, if available: __________. Ordered on / received on: __________. Consumer name(s): __________. Consumer address: __________. Date: __________. Signature(s), only if submitted on paper: __________.
11. Consumers in Australia. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If goods have a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement and may also be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. For a remediable non-major failure, we may first provide the remedy allowed by law within a reasonable time. Service remedies, including cancellation, a refund for affected services or compensation, depend on the applicable guarantee and the nature of the failure. Our policy does not restrict those rights. We do not offer an additional change-of-mind return policy; a goodwill exception remains discretionary. Where Australian law protects the supply, it can apply to digital products and relevant promised benefits as well as physical purchases.
12. U.S. merchandise orders and other mandatory rights. Where the FTC merchandise-order rule applies, we comply with its shipping, delay-consent, cancellation and prompt-refund requirements. This includes offering the required choice to accept a delay or cancel, and automatically cancelling and refunding when the rule requires that result. Consent to an indefinite delay can carry a continuing right to cancel before shipment. Receiving digital content or an Early Founder Gift does not itself deliver the First Edition merchandise. Applicable state protections also remain available. Ontario law and applicable Canadian federal law govern subject to mandatory protections and required forums in the consumer's jurisdiction. A place-of-law clause, product label, production target or expenditure of revenue does not waive mandatory rights. Updates apply prospectively and do not erase a binding earlier offer or accrued remedy.
